You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password (if you create an account) and for restricting access to your computer or device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Products & Availability
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colors and finishes you see will depend on your monitor or device, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color, texture, or detail will be precise.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a replacement, backorder option, or full refund.
Product descriptions, dimensions, weights, and other specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure they are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of some items. For exact measurements, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Order Confirmation: After you submit your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products or when we send a shipping confirmation email, whichever is earlier.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will accommodate your request. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled; you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Right to Limit Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same account, the same credit card, or the same billing/shipping address.
5. Pricing & Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added to your total at checkout. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Sales Tax: We collect sales tax for orders shipped to addresses within states where we have a legal obligation to do so. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, which processes:
-
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB)
-
Debit cards
-
Apple Pay
-
Google Pay
All payment information is transmitted securely. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) you provide. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order to the designated payment method.
Stripe Security: Our payment processing partner, Stripe, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. For more information, please review our Payment Methods page.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy: We ship to addresses within the United States and to many international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the size/weight of the products.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt if possible and contact us within 7 days of delivery. For more details, please see our Refund and Return Policy.
International Shipping: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of such fees before placing an order. Delays due to customs are outside our control.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key highlights include:
-
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to condition requirements.
-
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
-
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns.
-
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or full refund with return shipping paid by us.
Please review the full Refund and Return Policy on our website for complete details.
8. Product Care & Warranty
Limited Warranty: Nexus Ops Solutions LLC warrants that our furniture products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.
What the Warranty Covers: Manufacturing defects, including structural failures, warping, or finish flaws that occur under normal, non‑commercial use. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or issue a partial refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover: Normal wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly, modifications, exposure to extreme environmental conditions; cosmetic issues such as minor scratches, color variations inherent in natural wood; damage from moving the furniture after assembly; or damage from improper cleaning products.
How to Make a Warranty Claim: Contact us at hung216mc@gmail.com or +84857566928 with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. We will evaluate the claim and provide instructions.
Product Care: To preserve the beauty of your wooden furniture, avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, and extreme temperature changes. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Use coasters and felt pads to protect surfaces. Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.
